DMP Names Sales Engineering, National Accounts Directors
John Haspel will lead sales engineering while Tom Sinciro will oversee national accounts.

DMP has named John Haspel director of sales engineering and Tom Sinciro executive director of national accounts.
Haspel has more than 30 years of experience in physical security. He previously led sales engineering and technical services at Verint and Cisco Systems and held roles at Avigilon, Oncam and Soterix Systems. He has worked with DMP on its XV Plus Gateways since 2025.
Sinciro also has more than three decades of experience in electronic security. His previous positions include vice president of sales for North America at Gunnebo Entrance Control, business development at Avigilon and sales leadership at Oncam. In his new role, Sinciro will develop DMP’s national accounts program and work with integrators and end users.
