Mappedin Integrates Brivo Security Into Indoor Maps

A new technical integration links cloud access control and camera streams directly to interactive multi-floor facility maps.

Security personnel managing enterprise facilities and multi-building campuses can now monitor door access and video feeds directly inside an interactive floor plan following a technology integration between Mappedin and Brivo.

The integration connects Brivo access control and camera management software with Mappedin Security Center through open application programming interfaces and software development kits. This setup plots physical hardware and surveillance devices onto interactive 3D floor plans across multi-floor properties.

Operators can track badge events on a visual interface, stream live footage from cameras pinned to specific map locations and set visual alert thresholds for security anomalies. The system also allows operators to initiate building lockdowns or dispatch emergency responses directly from the floor plan interface rather than switching between separate monitoring programs.

The system correlates access events with real-time video to provide location context during incidents. It supports multi-building environments and is available for facilities using Brivo cloud management and Mappedin Security Center.
