ADT Unveils Renovated Texas Monitoring Center

A $2 million facility upgrade in Irving expands collaboration space and equipment for emergency response teams.

Security systems provider ADT has completed a $2 million renovation of its North Texas monitoring facility, introducing upgraded equipment and dedicated workspace to streamline coordination during emergency calls.

The Irving hub, one of six company-owned monitoring centers nationwide, processes a major share of the firm's round-the-clock alarm and dispatch traffic. Upgrades to the site include overhauled workstation hardware, expanded areas for dispatchers and shared work zones intended to bring product engineering and monitoring personnel together.

During an unveiling event on National First Responders Day, company officials recognized nine dispatch operators for handling critical fire and medical emergencies. The company also distributed $30,000 in local grants, splitting the funding evenly between the Irving Police Athletic League and Grey Matters to Firefighters, an occupational cancer awareness nonprofit.
