Allied Universal has earned honors in two categories at the annual OnCon Icon Awards, securing recognition for employee training and workforce management programs.
The global security and facility services contractor took first place in the training category, earning the Top Learning and Development Team designation. The company's human resources division also placed among the Top 50 Human Resources Teams.
The awards, organized by executive networking group OnConferences, evaluate corporate teams across various operational disciplines. Selection occurs through a public voting process that weighs workplace impact, industry leadership and internal program development.
