The security industry has grown so much over the last 10 years. There are those of us that have been in the industry for many years; likewise, we have seen an influx of newer faces join us in the security business. We should always recognize this one thing: Whether new to security or in it for many years, whether you are young or old, more educated or less educated, white collar or blue collar, everyone has something to offer. Remember, the next security person you are speaking with may just be the expert you need.
