Matrix Systems Appoints Holly Tsourides as CEO

Matrix Systems Appoints Holly Tsourides as CFOMatrix Systems, an access control and security solutions provider has appointed Holly Tsourides as its new chief executive officer to lead the company into its next phase of development and growth.

“As our new CEO, Holly Tsourides is a significant addition to our executive leadership team,” said James Young, president, Matrix Systems. “Holly has the vision and resources to direct our company as we continue to innovate from a technology perspective, refresh our go-to-market strategy and fine tune our overall positioning for even greater success in the future.” Young, who has led Matrix since 2003, will remain active in a key role spearheading business development and major account penetration.

Tsourides brings with her more than 15 years of executive management and sales experience at technology companies ranging from start-ups to global corporations. She comes to Matrix Systems from video analytics company VideoIQ, where as chief sales and marketing officer she helped the company build global sales and marketing channels achieving over 700% revenue growth. Spanning 15 years, her previous industry experience includes The Stanley Works, where Tsourides served as president of a $90-million independent distribution business. She also held various senior-level sales positions including vice president of sales with IFS/GE Security and national sales manager for GE Security. Tsourides began her security career in 1996 as a regional sales manager for Identix.
