RBtec Seismo Buried Unattended Ground Sensors Kits

RBtec perimeter security systems provide a wide range of innovative perimeter security solutions announced a new buried sensor solution that will grow its range of underground security technologies.

The Seismo buried sensors are sold in kit variations of 1 or 3 sensors with single analyzer to protect strategic areas from intrusion; the system can be battery or DC power operated. Each Seismo unit can cover up to 22ft diameter. The kits are sold with optional wireless or GSM communication on top of the standard dry contact relay output. The Seismo is an outdoor seismic detector that can be integrated with any existing security or alarm system.

Seismo is installed underground and is able to recognize footsteps and vehicles movements. It is resistant to extreme environmental conditions such as weather and temperature changes, and can work in large variety of terrains with no interference by vegetation or strong winds.

The Seismo system is a real-time intrusion detection meant to detect intruders on the way in. When an activity is registered in the protected area, the seismic sensor produces a signal, which is processed in real time through the advanced algorithm, identifying which type of activity has been registered: walking or vehicle, and triggering an alarm based on the sensitivity level.

The Seismo has been developed according to the highest standards and is designed to work without any maintenance. The system outputs are dry contacts that can be connected to any alarm system or DVR, the system does not need any calibration and it’s fully plug & play with a step by step installation manual.

The Seismo is ideal for access routes, yards, construction sites, farms, perimeter soft spots, detection ahead of the fence and open areas with no traffic.
