SureView Systems Spearheads Significant Growth across Business Units

SureView Systems, a provider of commercial central station and enterprise command center software, has experienced increased demand for its command center and central station software platforms leading to significant customer wins, and new technology partnerships. SureView recorded a growth rate of 56 percent in the last five quarters, as well as a significant uptick in project wins over the same period of time, driven by advancements to its technology portfolio and its streamlined business structure.

SureView’s momentum is a result of the decision to focus on two distinct business units within the organization – Central Station and Command Center – as well as strategic investments in personnel, marketing efforts, and research and development. Last year, the company named experienced industry professionals – Chris Brown is Director of Central Stations and Rob Hile serves as Director of Enterprise Command Centers. Both business units have added a significant number of new customers – a 46 percent growth in the United States alone.

“Our recent success underlines the quality of our people, strong software advantages and a determination to work with customers to understand and solve their problems,” said Graham Johnson, CEO, SureView Systems. “We continue to invest heavily in people who understand the businesses we serve and our product. That investment is directed at ensuring we are uniquely positioned to provide enterprise organizations and our partners with an affordable, unified software platform that is absolutely current in terms of the pace of developing technologies and reflects the need to address increasingly complex customer challenges today.”

Technology Enhancements

SureView has invested in adding capabilities to its Immix command center software platform including enhancements to the alarm interface that allows faster response and greater situational awareness; advancements to the system administration console so users can view all components in a simple-to-use management dashboard; ability to add manually generated alarms when a suspicious person, missing child or evacuation is needed; and mapping capabilities that allows operators to access maps from other nearby sites or buildings, which is especially useful in a campus setting. It also has released a new Android App to support the Immix platform, and ensure user mobility and remote access.

Focused on ensuring scalability and flexibility to its customers, SureView continues to build its integration library, recognized as one of the largest in the industry. It recently completed 15 new technology integrations and added seven updates to existing integrations with its Immix platform in the first quarter of 2015 alone, including Identicard, Verint, Flir, IDV Solutions, Amag, Lenel, Avigilon and Anvil. This brings the total number of commercially available integrations that SureView has in its library to more than 450, spread across 70 manufacturers.

“The steady demand for new Immix features, coupled with the advanced network deployment options that further support enterprise-class organizations have been the driving force behind our latest advancements,” said Simon Morgan, chief technology officer, SureView Systems. “We will soon announce a major product update that will serve as a catalyst for further growth on a global scale.”

New Certification and Training Programs

SureView Systems also rolled out a Certified Center program for central station partners. This initiative allows SureView partners to identify themselves as having met all of the requirements to become a Certified Center, including the certification of all staff in SureView’s Central Station Training Program. Additionally, the certification demonstrates that the partner meets or exceeds all published minimum standards for the Immix cloud software, meets or exceeds the minimum backup and disaster recovery requirements, and meets infrastructure requirements, including generator backup and secure access to the monitoring center floor, to name a few.

ISC West 2015

SureView will showcase its Immix Central Station and Enterprise Command Center software at ISC West 2015, April 15-17, at Sands Expo in Las Vegas.
