Paxton Access Welcomes Dale Clement and Paul deLaski as Regional Sales Managers

Paxton has appointed Dale Clement as Regional Sales Manager for the Western US and Paul deLaski for the Northeast US

Paxton has appointed Dale Clement to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Western US region and Paul deLaski to the position of Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast US Region.

They will take the responsibility of establishing, maintaining and developing business relationships, monitoring sales and industry trends, and identifying new market opportunities for Paxton Access.

Dale joins Paxton with a wealth of experience gained from over 24 years in the security industry, previously holding roles at Napco Security Group and Rosslare Security. Dale earned his Bacholers degree from SUNY Purchase in New York.

Paul brings over 30 years of security industry experience to Paxton with previously held roles in management and sales at ADT, Northern Computers, and Keyscan. He also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania.

Commenting on their appointment Devon Felise, US National Sales Manager, says: “We are excited to add two exceptional employees to the Paxton outside sales team. Both sales managers have extensive industry and leadership experience that are instant attributes to Paxton. Best of all, they both are committed to providing the support, professionalism and enthusiasm that our customers have come to expect  from Paxton.”
