Viakoo Continues Exponential Growth and Expansion in 2017

Viakoo continues to post strong performance across the first three quarters of 2017 with a positive forecast for Q4. The growth is attributed to the deployment of Viakoo’s automated system and data verification solutions through key integrator partners, including Stanley Security, Siemens, G4S, and others. In addition, increased compliance auditing requirements across multiple vertical markets have driven users to implement automated methods to document the performance and availability of their video surveillance, access control and related systems.

Viakoo’s recent introduction of OnPremises deployment for its product offerings has also increased the number of deployments. Key customers including Oracle and Cisco Systems have chosen the Viakoo OnPremises solution to automate physical security verification while operating entirely within their network.

“It’s an exciting time for Viakoo as we have been evangelizing the need to verify the true availability and performance of video surveillance and access control systems knowing that system degradation most often goes undetected until there is a bigger problem. Industry professionals looking to increase system availability, improve overall “security of security”, and maintain compliance, are now looking to Viakoo to resolve these longstanding challenges,” said Bud Broomhead, CEO, Viakoo.

Viakoo automatically verifies performance and integrity of physical security systems and devices while delivering automated proof of their system compliance. Leveraging machine learning and purpose-built algorithms, Viakoo quickly and automatically detects physical security system failures, diagnoses problems, alerts users with repair information, and maintains historical records on operations. With Viakoo, users improve physical surveillance and security reliability and performance, gain critical insight into physical security systems, capture valuable operational performance information, eliminate lapses in security coverage and automate reporting for compliance and auditing.

Viakoo offers three configurations, all available for either cloud-based or on-premises deployment:

Viakoo Proactive performs auto-diagnostics and provides notification of critical physical security failures via email, along with fix-it recommendations, allowing users to recover quickly from failures.

Viakoo Preemptive lets organizations get in front of problems before they become failures. The solution includes all the features of Viakoo Proactive plus preemptive advisory tickets, system details, ticket management and centralized management via a single dashboard.

In addition to all the features of Viakoo Preemptive, Viakoo Predictive identifies performance bottlenecks and helps users ensure compliance using predictive QoS metrics, advanced diagnostics, and inventory and compliance reporting.
