A shooter killed three people and wounded three others in a shooting Thursday at a drugstore distribution center in Harford County, Maryland. The shooter then fatally shot herself, according to officials.

The shooter was a temporary employee and showed up to work at her regular time, Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said. She used a 9 mm pistol and had several magazines, and fired at people both outside of the building and on the warehouse floor, according to Gahler.

Deputies were dispatched at 9:09 a.m. and arrived on the scene in five minutes, Gahler said. No shots were fired by law enforcement, and the woman died at a hospital nearby after shooting herself, he said.

Police have not determined a motive yet, Gahler said. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the FBI’s Baltimore office are assisting with the investigation, which is ongoing.
