Black Friday 2018: Top Deals on Security Products

Black Friday deals on security products include Amazon and Google hubs, Nest Cameras and Ring Doorbell cams.

The year's busiest shopping season is back again! Stores have begun rolling out their holiday deals on all of the top products of the year - including security and smart home products.

Security Today has gone through all the big box stores to round up the best deals on security products this Black Friday. Here's what we found:

Lowe's

Lowe's has rolled out an entire month of savings in preparation for the holiday season. Included in the deals at Lowes is a $50 savings when you buy a Google Home and select Nest Products as well as substantial savings on security cameras such as the Arlo Digital Wireless Outdoor 2 Security Camera with Night Vision (a $120 savings) and the Swann Analog Wired Outdoor 4 Security Camera Kit ($49 savings).

Also included in Lowe's Black Friday sale is the Iris Indoor Door and Window Sensors ($15 savings) and the Ring Pro Video Doorbell ($70 savings).

Included with the Black Friday deals is free shipping for MyLowe's members.

Best Buy

Best Buy will be opening its doors on Thanksgiving night, allowing shoppers early access to Black Friday deals starting at 5 p.m.. While most shoppers rely on Best Buy to provide the best deals on TVs, the store has plenty of home security deals for the DIYer. For example, shoppers can buy the Ring Video Doorbell Pro and Chime Pro Bundle and get a free Amazon Echo Dot ($120 savings) as well as save up to $70 on select Nest cameras

Perhaps the largest savings comes from the SimliSafe Home Security Starter Kit, which will give shoppers an estimated $200 savings when they buy at Best Buy. The deal includes a free SimpliCam.

Target

Target will, just like other big box stores, have significant deals on hubs from Amazon and Google. The store will also be offering a $70 savings on Nest Cameras as well as a $50 savings on a Ring Doorbell camera.

Home Security Websites

While the big box stores are often the place where holiday shoppers flock, we wanted to call attention to some home security websites that will be running specials for Black Friday as well.

Cove: 50 percent off all products and a free camera with every new system purchase

Abode: Save 40 percent on DIY security system
