We see significant untapped potential and want to support by investing in the company’s brands, technology, sales force, and go-to-market strategies, providing our know-how from having owned and successfully developed other businesses in the security and broader building technologies space”, says Sachin Jivanji, Investment Advisory Professional at Triton.

Some of the international legal entities of the company will initiate the renaming process to Keenfinity after July 1st, 2025. This is a change in name only, not affecting ownership or operations in the respective country.
