Honeywell has updated its Total Connect mobile app to enable faster, higher-quality, live, streaming video viewing on Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.
Installed cameras capture images at a minimum of 540 TV lines of resolution, with some capturing images at 550 TV lines of resolution.
IndigoVision has added two new regional sales managers for the Pacific Northwest and Great Plains, and the Southeast and Caribbean regions. More additions are planned in the coming months to enhance service and support the IndigoVision Certified Partner organization as well as provide end-user customer knowledge and awareness of the IndigoVision brand.
The new video trickling feature makes video archiving more flexible and optimizes bandwidth usage during peak and off-peak hours.
OnSSI has announced that its flagship video management platform, Ocularis, has passed Lextech Lab’s compatibility testing. As a result, Lextech’s iRa C3 mobile video surveillance application will support OnSSI’s software and meet the mobile viewing requirements of the security and law enforcement industry.
Since 1923, the city of Garland, Texas, has been providing electricity service to its citizens through Garland Power & Light with its locally owned and controlled not-for-profit municipal utility. With nearly 68,000 customers, GP&L is the third-largest municipal utility in Texas and the 41st-largest in the nation.
