DTK-RM12POES, a 12-channel, 1U rack mount surge protector, is ideal for installations where multiple Ethernet circuits need to be protected before entering network switches, routers and NVRs. It features individual field-replaceable modules with shielded RJ45 connections and is compatible with CAT5e, CAT6 and CAT6A cabling infrastructure. KNIPEX Tools introduced 24 tools with tether attachment mounts for its Tethered Tool Pliers Program. Tools with tether attachments and lanyard connections provide effective protection against accidents caused by falling tools. The tether attachment point is a plastic bracket with a closed wire clamp that is securely welded to the multi-component handle of the tool.

Altronix announced the new NetWay8E Endspan and an upgraded Midspan, the NetWay8G. The NetWay8E Endspan features an integral PoE switch with two 1Gb uplinks and eight 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports. The NetWay8G Midspan also features eight 10/100/1000 Ethernet Ports. Both units provide up to 30W full power per port to support PoE or PoE+ devices and are equipped with both remote management capabilities and the ability to remotely reset IP devices, potentially reducing valuable labor and maintenance costs.

Speco Technologies introduces the O2LPR67 2 MP H.265 License Plate Capture Bullet IP Camera with 5-50 motorized lens and white housing. The high-contract performance delivers sharp, clear license plate captures up to full HD 1080p at 30 frames per second. The camera can capture a clear photo on a vehicle traveling up to 60 miles per hour at a range of 165 feet, depending on scene reflection.

Inovonics announces the release of its new EN1244 wireless smoke detector. The new smoke detector addresses a market need by meeting UL268 (Smoke Detectors for Fire Alarms) and California State Fire Marshall (CSFM) regulatory approvals. The EN1244 wireless smoke detector features an onboard sounder, an LED indicator, tamper and local test.
