Iverify Hires New Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Iverify announced that Tim Gates has joined the company as executive vice president of sales and marketing.

Gates has more than 20 years of related industry experience in national sales management and account development for retail security products. He has an established track record of driving revenue growth as well as major account development. Gates is fully poised to help Iverify and new Chief Executive Officer Mark Spagnolo succeed in the next phase of the company's sales growth.

Prior to joining Iverify, Gates most recently served as vice president of sales North America for Alpha High Theft Solutions, a division of Checkpoint Systems. Since joining Alpha Security Products in 1998, he has held positions in various senior-level sales roles at the company where he was responsible for finding and developing talent, revenue growth, generation of product ideas and cross-selling strategies. Gates also previously worked at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation selling EAS, CCTV and access control systems to small and mid-size retail chains in the Ohio Valley.

Gates earned a Bachelor of Science in business from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
