Monitronics Wins Two Awards at Annual American Business Awards

Monitronics International, an alarm monitoring company, won two Bronze Stevie Awards in the Marketing Campaign of the Year- Business Services category at the 10th Annual American Business Awards.

Judges, made up of more than 270 executives nationwide, presented the awards to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, June 18, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.

“Monitronics’ Join Forces program was a creative approach to capture premium dealer leads for the Monitronics Dealer Program.  We’re honored to receive such an award,” said Bruce Mungiguerra, vice president of sales and dealer development at Monitronics. “The campaign extended into our 2012 ISC West tradeshow, which also received honors. We’re looking forward to further traction in 2012; this win solidifies we’re headed in the right direction.”

More than 3,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.  Monitronics took home bronze for two campaigns in the Marketing Campaign of the year category for Business Services.
