ASIS and SIA Release 2026 Security LeadHER Agenda

The upcoming conference in Minneapolis will focus on leadership development and career advancement for women in the security sector.

ASIS International and the Security Industry Association have announced the official programming for the 2026 Security LeadHER conference. The event, scheduled for June 15-16 at the Hilton Minneapolis, is designed to support the professional growth of women in the global security industry.

The fourth annual gathering features a curriculum focused on leadership, personal excellence, and career management. Key sessions include deep dives into executive presence, personal branding, and strategies for navigating power dynamics within male-dominated industries.

New to the 2026 program are off-site security tours. Attendees may participate in an exclusive look at the Target Corporate Command Center, featuring a demonstration of the company’s artificial intelligence programs, or a tour of the Mall of America security operations and the Axis Experience Center.

The conference is a joint effort between the two leading membership associations for the security profession. Organizers stated the event serves as a platform to amplify the voices of women and equip them with practical strategies to address complex industry challenges.

Registration is currently open for the two-day event, which includes keynote presentations, peer-to-peer roundtables, and networking sessions.
