Connected Technologies Expands Sales Reach via New Partnerships

Colorado-based security firm expands commercial footprint for its unified cloud platform through regional independent sales representative alliances.

A Colorado-based security firm is expanding the retail territory for its unified cloud platform through two new partnerships with manufacturer’s representative firms.

Connected Technologies announced alliances with SRREP and REPWORKS to boost the commercial presence of its Connect ONE cloud-hosted security management system. The collaboration aims to increase platform accessibility for dealers and integrators looking to streamline multi-manufacturer infrastructure.

The two independent representative firms bring several decades of combined experience across the physical security, low-voltage and audiovisual sectors. Under the new agreements, Ohio-based SRREP will manage sales territories across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Massachusetts-based REPWORKS will oversee commercial operations throughout Upstate New York and the New England states.

The expansion comes as the physical security market shifts toward managed, cloud-based software solutions. The Connect ONE interface integrates with existing infrastructure to unify access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarms and environmental monitoring into a single dashboard.

According to company officials, the boots-on-the-ground engagement from both representative firms will focus heavily on security integrators who already utilize manufacturing brands compatible with the platform. The strategy intends to deliver remote management capabilities and operational visibility to end users without requiring costly hardware replacements.
