Everon Acquires Scarsdale Security Systems to Expand National Footprint

The commercial security integrator expands its nationwide service capabilities by acquiring New York-based Scarsdale Security Systems.

Commercial security integrator Everon LLC has acquired Scarsdale Security Systems Inc., a New York-based provider of integrated security and fire alarm solutions.

The transaction expands Everon’s presence in serving multi-site commercial clients across the country. Scarsdale Security Systems, founded in 1982 in Scarsdale, New York, brings more than 40 years of experience designing, installing, servicing and monitoring access control, video systems and fire alarms.

Scarsdale Security Systems operates nationwide with approximately 100 employees, including a field service team and an established network of subcontractors.

Under the acquisition, Scarsdale clients gain access to Everon’s broader service footprint, expanded operational support and central infrastructure, while maintaining local service relationships.

The acquisition further strengthens Everon's position as one of the largest integrated security providers in the United States, allowing the company to scale its national account operations and streamline multi-site installation and monitoring services.
