Security integration firm SAGE Integration expanded its physical security and technology service footprint through the acquisition of Vital Installs and sudoVision Consulting LLC.
The additions strengthen the company's national delivery capabilities in low-voltage systems, network cabling and specialized technology applications. The transaction expands technical resources for enterprise and government clients managing complex physical security and network environments.
Vital Installs, based in Columbus, provides security system solutions, structured cabling and network installation services. sudoVision Consulting, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing advanced security technology services.
The combined operations will allow SAGE Integration to broaden its service platform for commercial and government facilities requiring integrated physical security and resilient network infrastructure.
