Milestone Systems Opens Video Technology Center in Oregon

A new immersive facility near Portland allows security and IT professionals to test video management software and AI tools hands-on.

Milestone Systems has opened a new video technology demonstration center aimed at providing hands-on testing for security, IT and facility management professionals in the Pacific Northwest.

Located at the company’s office just south of Portland, the facility features Milestone’s complete product lineup. Visitors can interact with its XProtect video management software, BriefCam artificial intelligence analytics and Arcules cloud-based video security services.

The center demonstrates how video technology functions beyond traditional surveillance, converting complex visual data into operational insights for sectors such as manufacturing, retail and transportation. The space also highlights company initiatives in regulatory-compliant video data training for AI systems and video anonymization technology.

The location will be open to prospective and existing clients by appointment.
