Emergency communications provider Intrado announced that its unified notification platform, OneAlert, is now available with a full Canadian French interface.
The update allows French-speaking and multilingual enterprises, educational institutions and public agencies across North America to manage time-sensitive safety alerts and daily administrative broadcasts in their native language.
OneAlert functions by aggregating emergency and routine messaging onto a single system. The software delivers alerts across multiple connected channels, including digital signage, desktop computers, mobile devices, overhead public address systems, IP speakers and desk phones from major enterprise telecommunications providers.
Beyond general notifications, the system natively integrates with 911 routing services to manage location data and automatically direct emergency calls. It also handles site-specific alerts, such as weather warnings, building lockdowns, facility announcements and shift changes.
Intrado currently serves more than 1,100 client organizations operating across 450,000 deployed endpoints.
