DMP Set to Host 38th Dealer Roundtable in Colorado

The fall event in Colorado Springs features peer-to-peer discussions, product updates and flight simulator team exercises.

Digital Monitoring Products will host its 38th Dealer Roundtable in Colorado Springs, Colorado, bringing together security management, technicians and sales professionals to examine industry best practices.

The two-day conference takes place at Hotel Polaris and serves as a collaborative forum across the manufacturer's dealer network. Participants will engage in tabletop exercises, evaluate new security technologies and discuss strategies to improve operational efficiency, company culture and sales performance. Attendees will also have direct access to executive leadership from DMP.

Featured keynote speaker Lt. Col. Jason O. Harris, a retired U.S. Air Force pilot, will present on building a culture of organizational trust. The session focuses on strategies designed to reduce employee turnover, enhance performance and increase profitability. Following the keynote, attendees will participate in collaborative flight simulator exercises using F-16 and Boeing 737 MAX equipment hosted at the venue.

Industry professionals planning to attend can register online ahead of the Sept. 18 deadline. Room reservations at Hotel Polaris must be secured by Sept. 4.
