Specialized Launches AURIX Security Operations Platform

Four applications cover procedure tracking, patrol logs, incident reporting and risk scoring.

At Global Security Exchange 2026 in Atlanta, Specialized introduced AURIX, a platform designed to manage security operations and consolidate officer activity data.

The AURIX VIEW dashboard includes four applications. TIME provides digital standard operating procedures and time tracking, while TOUR maintains automated patrol logs. RESPONSE handles real-time incident reporting, and RISK provides risk scoring and service-level agreement monitoring.

Specialized said the platform gives clients continuous access to fill rates, punctuality and incident metrics. The company also identifies AURIX as ISO 27001 certified.

AURIX serves as the technology platform for Specialized brands M1 Global and Metro One. The company is demonstrating it at booth 1304 during GSX, held Sept. 14-16 at the Georgia World Congress Center.
