ESET Launches Three-Tier PROTECT Security Portfolio
The portfolio adds AI security features across all tiers and managed detection and response in its upper tiers.

ESET has expanded its PROTECT business security offering with new AI security capabilities and managed detection and response options. The portfolio is organized into Core, Premium and Ultimate tiers.
Core has a five-seat minimum, and ESET said it covers AI environments along with ransomware, phishing and zero-day threats. Premium and Ultimate, which have a 10-seat minimum, add managed detection and response. According to the company, Premium uses autonomous response monitored around the clock by ESET staff, while Ultimate adds contact with its threat-hunting team for analysis and remediation.
All tiers include AI Agent Security, AI Behavioral Monitoring and AI Conversation Security. ESET said the features are intended to address security and compliance gaps as organizations adopt AI tools and autonomous agents, often without IT oversight.
Add-on packages cover email security, multifactor authentication, and vulnerability and patch management. Other options include cybersecurity awareness training and a cyber warranty provided through Cysurance with coverage of up to $1 million.
