aptiQ
Access control administrators can now simplify credential enrollment by using one of two new readers, the aptiQ SUSB89 USB Reader or the aptiQ Serial Enrollment Reader, to enroll a smart card into their access control system using their own computer. No software is required to operate either reader. Both readers function on any operating system. This automatic transfer of information makes it much easier for the user and saves significant time. Each reader is compatible with aptiQ smart credentials, including MIFARE Classic and MIFARE DESfire EV1, both of which provide higher security than traditional proximity cards.

Delta Scientific’s 20-foot (6.1 m) MP5000 portable vehicle barricade system has successfully passed its full-scale crash test. The MP5000 is a towable, rapid deployment vehicle barricade developed for locations that have large vehicle traffic. The full-scale crash test was conducted by an independent test lab following ASTM test criteria for an M40 level test. A 15,000 pound (66.7 KM) flatbed truck can impact at 40 miles per hour (64 kilometers per hour). It can be towed to where vehicle security is needed and sets up in less than fifteen minutes.
