Live from GSX 2024 Preview

It’s hard to believe, but GSX 2024 is almost here.

This year’s show runs from Monday, September 23 to Wednesday, September 25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The Campus Security Today and Security Today staff will be on hand to provide live updates about the security industry’s latest innovations, trends, and products. Whether you’re attending the show or keeping tabs on it from afar, we’ve got you covered. Make sure to follow the Live from GSX page for photos, videos, interviews, product demonstrations, announcements, commentary, and more from the heart of the show floor!

For this year’s Live From program, we’re proud to partner with four sponsors: NAPCO, Hirsch, Eagle Eye Networks, and LVT Technologies.

Each of these companies is coming to Orlando ready to make a mark, and we’re happy to help them broadcast their achievements to the industry at large. Below is a preview of each vendor and what they’re bringing to the show.

NAPCO Security Technologies (Booth 2600): Make sure to stop by NAPCO Security Technologies to see a wide variety of great new products.

One of the many options you can see at the booth includes Napco’s Super Dual from StarLink Fire MAX2. It improves fire alarm communications with time saving features that make dual-path, the popular standard, applicable to all fire alarms and is especially cost effective from POT landlines.

Hirsch (formerly Identiv) (Booth 2327): Hirsch is back again. The iconic brand has been relaunched after a merger with Vitaprotech.

“Hirsch has always been at the forefront of delivering highly secure solutions. This merger with Vitaprotech allows us to take our product range to the next level,” said Steve Humphreys, former Identiv CEO and newly appointed Vitaprotech Deputy CEO. “Together, we are the security the world needs. Today’s security managers face technical challenges across cybersecurity, cloud, mobile, back-door threats, and more, while managing tight budgets and requirements to leverage in-place investments. Hirsch’s promise has always been highly secure, enterprise scale, cost-effective, and enduring solutions that are both open and complete. We put enterprise customers first. With Vitaprotech, we now provide the most complete high-security, end-to-end platform in the industry, with a truly balanced, multi-local business presence. From access control to video surveillance, perimeter protection to identity solutions, Hirsch is uniquely positioned to protect both the physical and digital worlds, ensuring our customers can secure what matters most.”

Stop by the booth to see a number of great products for your security needs.

Eagle Eye Networks (Booth 1721): Eagle Eye Networks will be showcasing a wide variety of security solutions. One of the most impresses is 911 camera sharing. That can help improve emergency response with instant access to security cameras. You can also stop by the booth to see first-hand how artificial intelligence is transforming the security landscape.

LVT Technologies (Booth 1815): LiveView Technologies can bring security to almost anywhere. The company provides mobile security cameras that can be deployed in just a few minutes and are powered by solar technology. And the company’s technology is helping in real-world situations. San Francisco Mayor London Breed recently announced the city was rolling out LVT technology in areas known for specific type of crimes like burglaries and ilegal sex work. You can find out more about the rollout here.

We’ll have much more from these companies soon.
