Security LeadHER Opens Call for Speakers and Registration for 2025 Event

ASIS International and the Security Industry Association (SIA) – the leading membership associations for the security industry – have announced details for the 2025 Security LeadHER conference, a special event dedicated to advancing, connecting and empowering women in the security profession. The third annual Security LeadHER conference will be held Monday, June 9 – Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan.

Born of a need to effect change and create a more enriching and inclusive security community, Security LeadHER offers impactful keynotes, lively networking, small group breakouts and many opportunities to help Security LeadHERs develop their skills, connect and collaborate.

Security LeadHER is seeking engaging, informative and motivational speakers and sessions for the 2025 conference. Session proposals are wanted on topics such as:

  • Strategies for career growth and advancement
  • Crafting your personal leadership style
  • Harnessing artificial intelligence for strategic advantage
  • Overcoming mindset blocks to achieve success
  • Navigating work-life balance to prevent burnout
