Innovative Security Designs Showcases Jaguar Camera Series

Innovative Security Designs, a company focused on the delivery of IP surveillance devices that enable ease of deployment and effortless system configuration, will showcase the stunning visual capabilities of its Jaguar series cameras to the end user community for the first time at ASIS 2012, being held Sept. 10-13, 2012, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The cameras will be on display in the booths of Aimetis (No. 3665), Buffalo Technology (No. 4226), Exacq (No. 2939), Nework Optix (No. 4248), Next Level Security Systems (No. 1255), and Veracity USA (No. 3831).

The award-winning Jaguar camera series, ISD’s latest development in its vision to offer the robust abilities of IP video with groundbreaking ease of deployment and operation, features theJaguar JBS-AF and JBS-CS. Each is equipped with a 2-megapixel CMOS image sensor with full HD 1080P resolution that produces clear and vibrant imagery. The cameras also feature motion detection capabilities and advanced H.264 compression to reduce storage and bandwidth requirements.

With up to four independent IP streams (including one analog), ISD provides unrivalled redundancy and processing power to enable its cameras to record and manage video data on the camera’s internal memory and processors. ISD also leverages extremely fast and efficient processors that allow hosting of third-party software for management or the placement of video analytics on the camera itself.

In addition, the Jaguar series cameras are remarkably power efficient, perform well in low-light conditions with day/night filters, and have built-in microphones and digital PTZ. The cameras feature edge-based storage support for extended capacity SD cards and external NAS devices, such as Veracity COLDSTORE, as well as ISD’s Zero Touch installation, which allows for remote and immediate camera configuration.

“Our Jaguar series cameras were quickly accepted by the industry when we released the cameras earlier this year and, since then, have continued to rapidly gain momentum amongst integrators, end users and other solution providers,” said Ian Johnston, Founder and CEO, Innovative Security Designs. “We look forward to continuing that trend during the ASIS show by demonstrating the Jaguar’s superb image quality and incomparable ease of configuration.”

ISD technologies are leveraged by a variety of customers across the globe and are ideal for use in a various vertical markets, including the critical infrastructure, gaming, retail and municipal sectors.
