Security Executive Council Names Three Scholarship Recipients

The 2026-2027 awards provide each student with $2,500 through a program established in 2022.

Students from three Security Executive Council partner academic institutions have been selected for collegiate scholarships supporting studies related to security and risk.

The recipients are Logan Wallace, Carrick Blake and Rebecca Jones. Wallace is an intelligence studies student at Mercyhurst University. Blake is a cybersecurity student at Kennesaw State University’s Coles College Center for Cybersecurity Education. Jones studies risk management and insurance at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.

A committee comprising council staff, current and former security practitioners, and faculty members from the participating universities selected the recipients.
